HI-F 40

Description and application

Sandwich panel with metal faces and rigid insulating core, designed for renovation and cladding applications. Good fire performance, certified by FM Approvals (HI-PIRM F40 panel). Compliant with FM 4880 standard for interior use. The HI-F40 panel range is available with two insulating cores: PIR (HI-PIR F40) and PIRM (HI-PIRM F40). Available in various steel thicknesses, coatings and different exterior profile finishes.

Fire behaviour

Fire behavior EUROCLASE B-s1,d0
Reaction to fire according to FM Approvals standards (HI-PIRM F panel only): FM 4880 Class 1* Fire resistance of building panels or interior finishing materials. The FM 4880 test program ensures good fire performance in dividing walls and interior ceilings with the HI-PIRM F40 panel, of any height, with the highest fire protection requirements.

Tightness and types of seals

The HI-F40 panel is available with a tongue and groove joint including a flexible closed cell polyethylene gasket.
The DJ gasket is designed to guarantee the best watertightness with a simple and quick assembly.
Can accommodate a butyl seal on the inside, to be applied at the assembly stage.
